| Tri-County Water Authority treats water for 3 counties; Jackson, Cass, & Bates county. We provide water for the city of Grain Valley, Blue Springs, Pleasant Hill, Lake Winnebago, & East Lynne. Our service area extends from Sibley down to Harrisonville, MO. This plant was built in 1993 and the first expansion was in 2004. These images are from the expansion. |
